After a number of years working for architectural firms in London, Surrey and Gloucestershire, Andrew joined the Yiangou team in 2008. Andrew's wealth of experience on large-scale projects comes from across the spectrum: from conservation schemes to new-build homes in a traditional style and contemporary designs for Para 84 projects. His work has garnered RIBA awards and national press interest.
Having worked on a number of substantial and highly complex projects, Andrew became a Director in 2017.
He is happiest when sat at the drawing board with pencil in hand and particularly enjoys those projects that involve adding the 21st century’s contemporary chapter to the storied life of a traditional building. His professional satisfaction comes from seeing early pencil sketches develop and become a reality, lived in and enjoyed by the families they were designed for.
Andrew has spoken at Decorex and other industry events on the environmental benefits of houses that stand the test of time, and is a vocal advocate for the prioritising sustainability within our projects.

Neil brings a wealth of experience to Yiangou Architects, having joined the practice in 1999. With a versatile design approach, he is equally at home with traditional, classical, contemporary, and vernacular styles.
